Kenko, known primarily for it's filters and other various camera accessories, has announced the release of 3 new film-based SLRs. 2 of the new bodies, the Kenko KF-1N and Kenko KF-2N, will be in the Nikon F mount. The third model, the Kenko KF-3YC, will be in a Yashica/Contax mount. All 3 models are expected to be available in Japan next month (August 2007).

I have "heard" that these new bodies are OEM'd by Cosina but I've placed this in the "Rumors & Innuendo" news category until I can recieve specific confirmation as to who actually produces the camera them.
