According to Stephen Gandy over at CameraQuest, Cosina has 2 new Voigtlander bodies up their sleeves: the Bessa R4a and Bessa R4m. From the minimal material published about them so far and Gandy's initial comments, it appears that the R4a and R4m are essentially R2a and R2m bodies (respectively) updated with a high-eyepoint, .52x viewfinder that has 21, 25, 28, 35, and 50mm framelines. Looks like CV did something unique again...first with a 1:1 viewfinder in the R3a and now with 21mm framelines in the R4 series. Let me repeat that: 21mm framelines in the viewfinder. Wicked. Stephen mentioned that delivery is expected in April of next year with a price point set at just above the current R2a/R3a price.
