My bessa L & R are both the black & silver Models. Nothing fancy at all. I have a couple of Domke neck straps but I like the comfort of the original straps so much, I use those instead. The half cases are the black original for my L & the brown delux case you get for a buck which I got from CQ stays on my R. I've deemed the brown case as the Kobeishi case. ;D Nice padded case, I like it.

Hi,

My Bessa T is always fitted with:
- home made wirst strap
- ugly but usefull (to protect the beautifull "101 Heliar anniversary" grey paint) leather case. It's an unknown Canon case found really cheap on a flea market.

Changing with the lenses are off course the viewfinders:
- with my favorite 25/4 SnapShot Skopar, off course it's the original CV one
- with other lenses (35/1.7 Ultron, Leica's Elmar and Summitar 50, 90/3.5 APO Lanthar), I can't be without a Voigtlander Turnit. It's efficient, robust and with paralax correction!

What I miss it's a side grip so later on side grip or a Trigger Winder is previsted (as soon I find a cheap one). But I'm also thinking to a home made leather case with grip... inerresting work for winter evening

My Bessa R3A has the side grip almost permentantly attached, but other than that it's 'naked'...

My R3A simply has the bottom half of a brown Voigtlander case. I also had a mini soft release but found I really didn't need it. It sits in my camerabag now.

I was wondering if anyone here knew of any nicer alternative halfcases? So far, all I can find is Leicatime. They make a very beautiful product, but are a little out of my current budget.

A few weeks ago I noticed CameraQuest had a Zhou halfcase on eBay, but for Leica. I emailed him on eBay and asked if he had anything like that available for my R3A. Unfortunately he never got back to me. .-)

His spending his time doing other, more business-critical things then serving customers, I guess.

From what I've heard, there's nothing yet but designs for Bessas are in the works.
