thanks to a link I found this forum for CV afficionados.
I like to join based on the fact that there is just one lens
a 35mm PancakeII....
I'm now 60 years old, living in Germany near Cologne and more or less busy in photography since the age of 15.
From 1970 up to 1973 photography was my hobby but I switched over to Windsurfing which became very popular in those times.
Very impressed by the b/w pics from the war in Vietnam, only a NikonF could be the choice for me expressing my support for the brand and the spirit transfered to me by people risking their lives and health.
Main lenses used at that time war 28mm and 50mm plus Ilford FP4 and HP4 and some other just bought during visits.
At those time there was not the expression "streetphotographer" just well known names like HCB, Doisneau and others so I had enough input which impressed me very deep and became an influence for my thinking what to do with the camera in my hands.
To make the story short, two years ago due to a competion in a Mac-magazine, photography dropped again into my life by scanning the old stuff with a Coolscan and beeing impressed by pics which I never enlarged in 35 years.
Now I'm usisng a D300 and for a short time a LeicaM7, but as I found out the work of processing b/w films at the moment is not my cup of tea. There must be a push from outside to restart
So here I want to get more input and pushing to reload a film camera, perhaps a Bessa??

Sorry, but my impression is that my flickr pics lost some sharpness since two weeks....
