Yes Cosina makes the adapter mount in Leica Voigtländer mount.
I seen one on ebay but was to bid on.
I also have the info from RINGFOTO ringfoto own the Voigtländer rights.

I do have a Leica adapter,I can use my Leica M lenses on to my Leica R body.
If you go the the Leicatime website you can see the ORIGONAL Leica adapter for Leica R lenses to
Leica M body.IBut I didn't want to spend EURO 290.00

I'm wondering how it's possible to properly adapt an R lens to an M body since the R mount is larger.

On Luigis website you will see the original adapter made by Leica EURO 290.00
The one I was to late to bid on was mounted on a Leica M6
That one was and is made by Cosina Japan.
