After two months, with six weeks vacationing in the my my old country, Portugal, I have a different walk-around kit. The Zorki that I mentioned in my previous post is sick and will be visiting the doctor soon. My everyday kit is now my M3 with 50/2 Summitar. I had it paired with my MP and 35/1.7 Ultron during the trip but unfortunately, a teenager attempted to steel my camera bag and in our struggle, the Ultron got damaged and is now unusable. I was used to having a 35/50 combo and for about three weeks or so I really struggled with photography. One, without a 35, I had to slightly change my approach to what I planned to photograph. Two, I was just afraid of being robbed again. I like 50mm for outdoors, 35mm for indoors and I'll be sticking to that for the most part. I got the silver 35/1.2 coming from
CameraQuest now that I'm back in Canada but still got to get another 35 for regular use as the BEAST (aka 35 Nokton) is tad big. Right now, I'm going backergy

and forth between getting a new CV 35/2.5 or a used 35/2 Summicron. A friend is going to let me borrow his 3rd gen Summicron and I'll see how it goes but so far I'm leaning towards the CV but as I like to shoot 35 indoors I may opt for the Summicron.

Walk-around kit:
M3 + 50 Summitar (current kit)
MP + 35 Skopar and 50 Summitar (kit in the near future)
- I'll substitute the Summitar for my J3 if I feel that I can use the extra speed

Travel-kit for short trips (around 2 weeks perhaps):
M3 + 50 Summitar (or J3)
MP + 35 Skopar (or 35 Summicron)
add 21 Skopar as the third lens

Travel-kit for extended trips (e.g. my usual 6+ weeks in Portugal):
I would like to take everything that I have, which is not that much. It all fits in my Thinktank Airport Antidote backpack with room to spare.
